BOSTON, MA – May 15, 2023 --  This May, American Jewish Committee (AJC), the global advocacy organization for the Jewish people, has invited all Americans to join in the celebration of Jewish American Heritage Month (JAHM) and is calling on and encouraging corporations and elected officials here and across the country to demonstrate their support for the U.S. Jewish community by participating in the celebration of America’s rich Jewish heritage.

Here in New England, we extend our sincere appreciation to the following corporations and elected officials for their support, including 11 Members of Congress, 14 Mayors, and the Governors of Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Today, State House, MA Governor Maura Healey issued a proclamation declaring May as Jewish American Heritage Month.
