On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, AJC Los Angeles hosted AJC’S Project Interchange at 40 Celebration, featuring a special tribute to Debbie Saidoff, outgoing PI National Chair.
Over 75 dedicated Los Angeles AJC community leaders attended, including several members of our ACCESS LA Board.
Mayor Acquanetta Warren of the City of Fontana offered video remarks about the importance of our Project Interchange trips, followed by a poignant in-person testimonial from Patricia Wyatt, CEO of the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center (JACCC), and reflections from Israeli Consul General Hillel Newman. The tribute to Debbie Saidoff was delivered by PI Director Nisha Abkarian and AJC LA Director Rick Hirschhaut.
We were honored to have had Debbie as National Chair of Project Interchange for so many years and are ever grateful for her continued service to AJC Los Angeles. Thank you, Debbie!
