The American Jewish Committee (AJC), the leading global Jewish advocacy organization, today launched Translate Hate, an innovative digital resource aimed at enabling Americans of all backgrounds to expose antisemitic tropes and take action against hate speech.

What does it mean to #TranslateHate? It means fighting antisemitism by understanding it better—where it hides, why it exists, and how it’s a threat to us all. Together, we can stop rising antisemitism.

“Archbishop Gómez has been an exemplary leader in advancing Catholic-Jewish relations in Los Angeles and across the nation,” said Rabbi Noam Marans, AJC’s Director of Interreligious and Intergroup Relations. “His election by fellow Roman Catholic bishops is a significant milestone in recognizing the growing importance of the Latino community in the U.S.”

An Academic Advisory Group, established by American Jewish Committee (AJC) to engage constructively with Oberammergau Passion Play leadership, visited the German village this week to discuss the 2020 production.
