In November, AJC New England launched its 2023-24 Leaders of Tomorrow program that provides Jewish high school students with knowledge and skills to fight antisemitism and stand up for Israel in high school, college, and beyond.
On Wednesday, December 6th, AJC New England hosted Belle Yoeli, AJC’s Chief Advocacy Officer and Holly Huffnagle, AJC’s US Director for Combating Antisemitism, for a discussion about the rapid spread of antisemitic ideas in the United States and the strategies AJC has undertaken to disrupt and reverse the trend.
The results are in. Of the three university Presidents who testified at a December 5th US congressional hearing, one lost her job (Liz Magill, University of Pennsylvania), and two (Sally Kornbluth, MIT, and Claudine Gay, Harvard) received votes of confidence from their boards.
