AJC today responded to a statement by California Governor Gavin Newsom on new efforts to fight hate and discrimination and a letter from the governor to school districts regarding a curriculum for ethnic studies.
An AJC delegation led by AJC CEO Ted Deutch met with Uruguayan President Luis Lacalle Pou in the capital of Uruguay, which has been a friend of Israel since before the rebirth of the modern Jewish State.
