The Working Definition of Antisemitism is being utilized by various government and non-government agencies to train police, prosecutors, and judges and to inform civil society monitors and educators.
The following countries have adopted the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism (as of September 2019): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Kosovo, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, The Netherlands, North Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, and United Kingdom
